Simple drawings:dodgy dave

This character just came to mind he look like some of dodgy dealers that you get around the streets of England that would sell you knock off items or pirated dvds, but you could also say he looks like a chav from the late 80s early 90s (forgive me if I am wrong). That's it I have nothing else to say apart from I'm sorry about this character.
